I’m a learning strategy and operations leader with more than 10 years of experience in facilitation, program execution, adult learning, and scalable systems.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I help teams translate complex priorities into clear workflows, aligned systems, meaningful learning experiences, and data-informed decisions.
Over the past five years, I have supported scalable professional learning across hundreds of schools and thousands of educators nationwide. My experience includes leading learning operations for 100+ learning experiences, building implementation systems, designing and facilitating adult and executive learning, creating dashboards, and supporting cross-functional alignment.
