My Facilitation Approach
I design and lead learning experiences that help adults engage with new ideas, reflect on their practice, collaborate with others, and apply learning in meaningful ways.
My facilitation work includes internal team learning, national educator professional learning, leadership sessions, AI-focused learning experiences, webinars, and program-wide video resources.
Strong facilitation is not just about presenting information. It is about creating the conditions for people to participate, make meaning, ask questions, reflect honestly, and leave with something they can use.
I approach facilitation with a balance of structure and responsiveness. I plan carefully, create clear learning arcs, and build in opportunities for reflection and interaction, while also adapting to the needs, energy, and context of the group.

In AI-focused sessions, I aim to make complex tools feel accessible while helping participants think critically about purpose, ethics, workflow, and human judgment. My role is to create a learning environment where participants can explore new possibilities without losing sight of the people, decisions, and values behind the technology.
